Where is the festival taking place?
The festival will be held at Pitville Park, Evesham Road, Cheltenham.

What are the festival opening times?
Gates open at 12:00pm. Last entry is 8:00pm. Music will finish in line with local licensing regulations at 10:00pm.
Is the festival suitable for children?
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times. Ear defenders are strongly recommended for young children.
Will there be security and bag checks?
Yes. All attendees may be subject to security searches on entry. Outside food and drink are not permitted. Free drinking water will be available inside the festival, so empty reusable water bottles are welcome.
Prohibited items will be confiscated and may not be returned. If illegal drugs or weapons are found, the police will be informed.
Food, Drink & Facilities
Can I bring food and drink?
Electric garden party will include a number of bars with a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic options as well as a variety of street food vendors. There will also be free water available. We do not allow outside good and drink into the festival.
Will there be food vendors?
Yes. A range of licensed street food traders, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, will be available.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas and not in any marquee or tented area.
Is free drinking water available?
Yes. Free drinking water refill points will be available throughout the site.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes. Toilets, including accessible facilities, will be available across the festival site.
Cancellation & Refunds
What happens if the festival is cancelled?
If the festival is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, ticket holders will normally be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket in accordance with UK consumer law.
Booking fees and third-party travel or accommodation costs are usually non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
What happens if artists cancel?
Line-ups are subject to change. Artist cancellations do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
What happens if the event is postponed?
Tickets will usually remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund options will be explained at that time.
What happens in the event of force majeure?
The organiser will not be liable for cancellation or delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
Extreme weather
National emergencies
Government restrictions
Industrial action

How can I help keep the festival sustainable?

Are you dog friendly?
Unfortunately only registered assistance animals will be allowed into the festival.
Tickets & Entry
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. Valid photographic ID may be required:
For age verification
For alcohol purchases
For ticket collection
Accepted ID includes passports, driving licences and PASS-accredited cards.
What happens if I lose my wristband?
Lost, stolen or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by UK law or where the event is cancelled.
Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband and subject to security approval. The organiser reserves the right to refuse re-entry for safety reasons. Searches will be conducted on re-entry.
Travel & Parking
Is there parking at the festival?
There is no public parking available within Pitville Park but there are pay and display spaces around the perimeter where available. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport, walk, cycle or make use of Cheltenham's Park & Ride services where possible.
Is there a Park & Ride service?
Yes. Cheltenham operates Park & Ride services from:
Arle Court Transport Hub
Cheltenham Racecourse
Both services provide regular buses into Cheltenham town centre. The nearest bus stops are approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the festival entrance.
How close is the train station?
Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is approximately a 10–15 minute taxi journey from Pitville Park. Local bus services also connect the station with the town centre.
What nearby car parks are available?
There is limited pay-and-display and on-street parking available close to the festival. Nearby public car parks include:
North Place Car Park
Portland Street Car Park
Cheltenham Racecourse (when available)
Pittville Pump Room parking (limited capacity and restrictions may apply)
Parking availability and charges may vary. Please check local council guidance before travelling.
Can I cycle to the festival?
Yes. Cycling is encouraged where possible. Please bring your own lock as bikes are left at the owner's risk.
Safety & Welfare
What happens in bad weather?
The festival will continue in most weather conditions unless conditions become unsafe. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items may include:
Illegal drugs and psychoactive substances
Weapons
Fireworks or flares
Glass bottles
Drones
Laser pens
Anyone found with prohibited items may be refused entry or removed from site.
Is there medical assistance on site?
Yes. Qualified medical teams and welfare staff will be available throughout the event.
Accessibility
Is the festival accessible?
The organisers aim to make the event accessible for all visitors. Accessible toilets and step-free routes will be provided where reasonably practicable.
Can assistance dogs attend?
Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
Can I bring a companion or carer?
